About RoomFind

RoomFind is a room rental marketplace built for South Africa. We connect landlords, homeowners, property managers and estate agents with room seekers — students, young professionals and anyone looking for affordable, comfortable accommodation.

Our mission

To make finding and advertising rooms as simple, safe, convenient and accessible as possible — with honest listings, clear pricing in rand, approximate-location privacy, and tools that help everyone recognise and report suspicious adverts.

What we stand for

• Trust first: listings are moderated, advertisers verify their email, and reports are investigated.
• Clarity: rent, deposits and extra costs are shown upfront — no hidden surprises.
• Privacy: exact addresses stay private unless the advertiser chooses to share them.
• Simplicity: plain language, large buttons and helpful guidance on every page.
